刮板机中部槽用贝氏体球铁组织与性能的研究

摘    要:根据刮板输送机中部槽的使用条件失效形式和性能要求,研究了等温淬火工艺对球铁淬火组织和性能的影响。在290~210℃等温淬火(920℃奥氏体化)均可得到贝氏体。在230℃等温90 m in,球墨铸铁可获得良好的力学性能,即硬度为HRC45.5,冲击功为20.2 J,耐磨性比16Mn和ZG30SiMn分别提高了1.2和1.1倍。

Abstract:According to the failure way and property requirements,the effects of isothermal quenching on the microstructure and properties of spheroidal graphite cast iron were studied.When the isothermal quenching at 290~210℃(austenitizig at 920℃),spheroidal graphite cast iron can obtaine the bainite microstructure.Austempering at 230 ℃ for 90 mins,the spheroidal graphite cast iron shows fine mechanical properties,i.e.the hardness is HRC 45.5,the impact toughness is 20.2 J/cm2,and resistance to wear is respectively 1.2 times and 1.1 times as large as 16Mn and ZG30SiMn.
