| Abstract: | The development of geotextile in our country is divided into three stages. The paper introduces the developing, circumstances in each stage and activity of technical cooperation network of geotextile and synthetic material, gives examples of geotextile applying in water conservancy project in He Bei Province, and relates the view on speeding up the development of geotextile. |
