摘    要:研究了针-板电极系统下预电应力对环氧树脂固化的影响,发现在环氧树脂固化过程中施加负针-正板直流预电应力可减少由于内部应力而产生的浇注件开裂现象,从而提高了浇注件的局部放电起始电压,但交流预电应力和正针-负板预电应力浇注件的开裂尚未发现有改善作用,并讨论了产生上述现象的机理.

Abstract:The effect of the electric pre-stress treatment on fissure of epoxy polymer is studied by the needle-flat electrode system. It is found that the possibility of fissure in epoxy polymer has decreased and the initiation voltage of PD in epoxy polymers has increased after DC electric pre-stress with negative needle - positive flat DC applied during solidifying of epoxy resin. But AC electric pre-stress and DC electric pre-stress with positive needle - negative plate have no effect on fissure of epoxy polymer. The possible mechanisms of the electric pre-stress are discussed.
