摘    要:研究了变质剂Ti、B-Ti及Zr对ZA27合金铸态组织和半固态等温热处理组织的影响。结果表明:Zr的变质效果最好,下来依次是B-Ti,Ti经半固态等温热处理后都可获得触变成形所需的半固态非枝晶组织、但变质组织越细,越易获得良好的非枝晶组织,变质效果越差,需要热处理的时间越长或温度越高。

Abstract:The effects of modifiers,such as Ti,B Ti and Zr on as cast microstructure and semi solid isothermal heat treated microstructure were investigated.The results showed that the modification effect of Zr is the best one,followed by B Ti and Ti successively.The non dendritic structure for thixo forming could be obtained when ZA27 alloy modified by these elements was heat treatd at semi solid temperature.The smaller the modified structure was,the easier the non dendritic structure could be obtained,and the more developed and the coarser the dendritic structure was,the longer the time or the higher the temperature was needed.
