摘    要:虚拟发电厂为分布式发电的管理提供一个集成的平台,有助于分布式发电的并网运行。针对虚拟发电厂频率控制问题,基于自适应下垂频率控制策略,考虑虚拟发电厂频率响应的动态特性对基本自适应下垂频率控制策略进行改进。以全系统二次性能指标最小化,采用部分输出量或者部分状态量对潮流控制器的自适应下垂系数进行反馈,从而改进虚拟发电厂中潮流控制器下垂系数的自适应过程,实现虚拟发电厂频率控制的性能最优。仿真算例表明,通过对自适应下垂控制过程引入部分输出量或者部分状态量进行反馈,能够改善自适应下垂控制的效果,提升虚拟发电厂频率稳定性。

Abstract:Virtual power plant provides an integrated platform for the management of distributed generation, which is helpful for the grid connected operation of distributed generation. Based on the adaptive droop frequency control strategy, the basic adaptive droop frequency control strategy is improved considering the dynamic characteristics of the frequency response of the virtual power plant. In order to improve the adaptive process of the droop coefficient of the power flow controller in the virtual power plant and achieve the optimal performance of the frequency control of the virtual power plant, the second performance index of the whole system is minimized, and the adaptive droop coefficient of the power flow controller is fed back by part of the output or part of the state quantity. The simulation results show that the effect of adaptive droop control can be improved and the frequency stability of virtual power plant can be improved by introducing part of output or part of state feedback into the process of adaptive droop control.
