基于源网荷储综合调峰资源协同方案研究

摘    要:宁夏地区调峰主要依靠煤电机组承担,随着新能源的快速增长,宁夏调峰形势更加严峻。基于此背景,从源-网-荷-储灵活性提升入手,构建了以电力系统的总发电成本最低为目标的优化模型,运用SPER_PROS系统进行“十四五”本地区运行模拟。基于以上优化模型,构建满足宁夏调峰资源的8种典型场景,通过对这8种场景的仿真计算分析,得出通过深化煤电机组调峰、需求侧分时峰谷电价、电网侧跨区直流运送方式按照送端负荷参与调峰与增加储能的方式,可以降低新能源弃电量。并提出了基于“十四五”源-网-荷-储综合调峰资源的协同方案及其相关建议与措施,为未来宁夏电网的科学发展提供有力支撑。

Abstract:The peak shaving in Ningxia mainly depends on coal-fired power units. With the rapid growth of new energy, the situation of peak shaving in Ningxia is more severe. Based on this background, starting from the improvement of the generation-grid-load-storage flexibility, an optimization model with the lowest total power generation cost of the power system as the goal is constructed, and the SPER_PROS system was used to simulate the operation of the region during The Fourteenth Five-Year Plan. Based on the above optimization model, eight typical scenarios that meet Ningxia peak shaving resources are constructed. Through calculation and analysis of these eight scenarios, it is concluded that system can reduce power abandoning of new energy by four aspects. They include depth peak load cycling of coal-fired generating units, the time-sharing peak-valley electricity price on the demand side, the DC line participating in peak shaving according to the sending end on grid side, adding energy storage. It also proposes a coordinated program based on The Fourteenth Five-Year Plan generation-grid-load-storage integrated peak shaving resources and related suggestions and measures to provide strong support for the future scientific development of Ningxia Power Grid.
