SVPWM电压下变频电机绝缘耐电晕寿命研究

摘    要:实验研究了空间矢量脉宽调制(Space Vector Pulse Width Modulated,SVPWM)电压开关频率(6 kHz、12 kHz、18 kHz)和基波频率(10 Hz、50 Hz、100 Hz、150 Hz、200 Hz)对变频电机绝缘材料耐电晕寿命的影响,并与相同开关频率50 %占空比重复脉冲方波电压下的耐电晕寿命进行对比。实验表明:开关频率越低,耐电晕寿命越长,耐电晕寿命的时长和分散性在不同基波频率下的波动越大;开关频率越高,耐电晕寿命越短,耐电晕寿命的时长和分散性在不同基波频率下的波动越小。50 %占空比重复脉冲方波能够用于替代SVPWM波预测变频电机绝缘的耐电晕寿命,但在开关频率较低时不能准确反映其统计特性;开关频率越高,50 %占空比重复脉冲方波对SVPWM电压下变频电机绝缘耐电晕寿命时长和分散性的预测越准确。研究结果有望为变频电机绝缘性能实验评估提供理论和实验依据。

Abstract:Experiments were conducted to investigate the effects of different switching frequencies (6 kHz, 12 kHz, 18 kHz) and fundamental frequency (10 Hz, 50 Hz, 100 Hz, 150 Hz, 200 Hz) on the insulation corona- resistance lifetime of inverter-fed motors under the Space Vector Pulse Width Modulated (SVPWM) voltage, and compared with the results of the corona-resistance lifetime results under repetitive pulse square wave with the same switching frequency and duty cycles of 50%. The results show that : the lower the switch frequency, the longer the corona-resistance lifetime, but the more the time and dispersion of the corona-resistance lifetime results fluctuate at different fundamental wave frequencies; the higher the switch frequency, the shorter the corona-resistance lifetime, but the smaller the time and dispersion of the corona-resistance lifetime test results fluctuate at different fundamental wave frequencies;the 50% duty cycle repetitive pulse square wave can be used to replace the SVPWM wave to predict the corona-resistance lifetime of inverter-fed motor insulation, but can not accurately reflect its statistical characteristics. The higher the switching frequency, 50% duty cycle repetitive pulse square wave is more accurate in predicting insulation corona-resistance lifetime and dispersion of inverter-fed motor under SVPWM voltage.The research results are expected to provide theoretical and experimental basis for more accurate evaluation of the insulation lifetime of inverter-fed motors.
