摘    要:目的:建立葡萄酒中二氧化硫残留量测定的新方法。方法:用甲醛吸收液吸收经蒸馏释放出的二氧化硫,再用还原光度法测定。结果:用甲醛吸收液吸收对葡萄酒中二氧化硫的测定无影响。方法精密度试验结果:RSD为1.9%、加标回收率为95%~103%。结论:该方法简便、准确、重复性好,用于葡萄酒中二氧化硫残留量的测定,结果令人满意。

Abstract:Objective: To establish a new method of determining sulfur dioxide residue in wine. Method: Sulfur dioxide released from wine by distillation was absorbed with formaldehyde absorption solution, and then determination was conducted by reduction photometry. Results: The use of formaldehyde absorption solution had no effect on the determination of sulfur dioxide. The accuracy test on the method indicated RSD and recovery as 1.9% and 95% - 103%, respectively. Conclusion: Featured by good simplicity, accuracy and repeatability, the method can be applied to the determination of sulfur dioxide residue in wine with satisfactory results.
