摘    要:论述了采用钢渣、电炉还原渣代替熟料晶种配料 ,煅烧高硅酸率高强水泥熟料的作用机理 ,对相关技术问题进行了探讨。采用上述废渣配料 ,可显著降低熟料中fCaO ,提高熟料强度和水泥安定性合格率 ,具有较好的经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract:Here discussed is the function mechanism of calcining high silicate-rate and high strength cement clinker using steel slag and electric furnace reduced slag in place of clinker crystalseed burden and some other relevant technical problems are also dealt with in it. If above-mentioned slag burden is used, f CaO can be reduced greatly and the clinker strength and the cement stability canbe improved. Hence the better and improved economic and social benefit.
