摘    要:在传感器的输出端串接一个动态补偿环节来改善传感器性能,消除动态测量误差.补偿环节本质上是一个带通或高通滤波器,在补偿动态测量误差的同时,会引入严重的高频噪声干扰,影响测量系统的精度.为了解决该问题,研究了一个采用实时小波滤波算法,消除动态测量误差补偿中噪声干扰的方法.该方法采用实验数据,通过系统辨识的方法得到补偿环节系数,消除动态测量误差.同时,用正交紧支撑小波和滑动数据窗口,构造一种保留离线小波降噪优点的实时小波降噪算法,消除噪声干扰.最后,通过对薄膜热电偶动态测量误差补偿的仿真实验,验证了该方法的有效性.

Abstract:A dynamic compensation unit is connected with output port of sensor in series to improve the sensor's characteristics and compensating dynamic measurement error of sensor.The unit is a band-pass filter or a highpass filters,it can eliminate dynamic measurement errors,but cause severe noise amplification.In order to solve this problem,a real-time wavelet de-noising algorithm is researched in compensating for dynamic measurement error.The co-efficiency of the unit is obtained via experimental data,at the same time,the real-time wavelet de-noising algorithm that has the advantages of off-line wavelet de-noising algorithm is formed through the orthogonal wavelet with compact support and moving window.The method is proved effective by the simulation experimental results of thin-film thermocouple dynamic error compensation.
