摘    要:教学是一种文化过程,教的主体和学的主体通过文化主体间有规则地互动实现教学的根本目的.高校思想道德修养与法律基础课教学以提高大学生道德修养、法律意识修养、中国化马克思主义的社会主义文化理论素养、培养文化实践能力、激发文化创新力为目的,进入新世纪以来人们对教学实践效果的反思,逐渐映现出"基础"课教学实践主体活化的重要作用....
