摘    要:活性包装可以调节包装食品所处的环境进而更好的保存食品,现已成为包装界研究的热点.凭借其出众的效果,活性包装在食品领域有着越来越重要的地位.本文综述了食品活性包装的作用及其近年来的研究进展,并指出了其发展趋势.

Abstract:As the active package may adjust the environment which better for the packed food,it has become a hotspot of packaging.It holds more and more impor-tant status in the packing domain for its outstanding effect.The implications of the food active package and its progress in recent years were reviewed,and the tende-ncy of its development was also pointed out.
