| 摘 要： | 幸福感的研究分为两大阶段。第一阶段,古希腊哲学家几经论战,提炼出幸福的概念;第二阶段,现代心理学家开始解析影响幸福感的因素。幸福感的产生分为外部刺激和主观加工两大方面。外部刺激主要体现为:好的生活条件引起感觉系统愉悦、快乐、舒服的神经冲动。主观加工则表现为:大脑、神经系统、人格这些内部建构对生活环境和条件的评价。提升幸福感,除了要不断改善物质生活条件,更为重要的是,个体要学会加工出幸福感。
