| 摘 要： | 文章以鳐鱼软骨为原料,采用稀碱和酶解相结合的方法提取硫酸软骨素.综合考察各种影响因素,设计了正交实验,得出最佳工艺条件.实验表明,鳐鱼软骨提取硫酸软骨素的纯度为90.7%,收率为21.70%.

| Abstract: | With skate carilage as the raw material,chondroitin sulfate was extracted by using dilute alkali and the method of enzymolysis.Various affecting factors were comprehensively explored,by which the optimal technological conditions were obtained with orthogonal experiment.The results of experiments show that the purity and yield of chondroitin sulfate extracted from skate cartilage are 90.7% and 21.70%,respectively. |
