中速磨煤机高铬铸铁易磨损件的研究与试制

摘    要:在对进口磨辊进行失效分析的基础上,研究了Cr20系列高铬铸铁的化学成分,Cr/C,热处理工艺,,Ar%、CVF、机械性能等与耐磨性的关系,确定了用作中速磨煤机易磨损件的Cr20系列高铬铸铁的最佳成分范围,硬度和金相组织,试验结果表明,其使用寿命已达到国际先进水平。

Abstract:Based on the loss efficacy analysis for mill roller booned, the relations of carbon conted, alloying constitued, heat-treatment technological process, mechanical properties, Ar%, CVF and Cr/C of Cr20 series high chromium cast iron and its wear resistance are studied by a MPS model all. The hot composition, hardness and microstructure are defined. The testing results show that the service life of all roller with this new material reaches advance world level.
