空间技术在生态清洁小流域建设前期工作中的应用探讨

摘    要:小流域综合治理规划审批工作中,高分辨率遥感卫星监测技术得到了有效应用。通过将高分辨率影像与小流域综合治理措施空间叠加分析,充分发挥高分辨率影像"看得清、看得全"的特点,为工程规划审批监督管理探索出新模式。该模式在获取客观全面的基础数据、保障规划设计的科学规范、提高规划审批质量、及时发现违规设计等方面起到了重要作用。

Application of space technology in early stage construction of ecologic and clean-type small watershed

Abstract:In the approval of small watershed management plan, technology of high resolution satellite remote sensing has been applied. Through space overlay analysis with high resolution satellite remote sensing and comprehensive control measures of small watershed, the advantages of high resolution image of clear and comprehensive are fully displayed, which can be used as a new model for approval, supervision and management of project planning. The model would play a key role in acquisition of objective and basic data, ensuring high standard of planning and its quality as well as finding out default in the design
