高职化工专业导师制人才培养模式的初步探讨

摘    要:目前我国的高职教育主要实行辅导员制与班主任负责制,而实行导师制培养模式的较少。文章结合目前高职教育存在的一些问题,以高职院校化工专业推行导师制培养模式为实例,分析了高职导师制的产生的原因,实施高职导师制的优势,高职导师制的具体操作方法以及高职导师制在实施中存在的问题与对策。

Abstract:At present, vocational education mode was mainly carried out responsibility system of the counselor and class teacher in China, and less tutorial training mode. Combined with some problems existing in higher vocational education, tutor system training model of chemical engineering major in higher vocational colleges as an example were discussed. The reasons for the generation of tutorial system in higher vocational colleges were analyzed. The advantages, the detail operation methods and problems and countermeasures in the application of higher vocational College tutorial system were also suggested.
