大学教与学的思考

摘    要:长期以来,大学教育忽略教学研究。如何处理好教与学的关系,提高教学效果,是值得大学教师们和学生们共同思考的问题。从教的角度,教师可以通过观念转变、提高自身业务水平和注重个人魅力以教导学;从学的角度,学生可以通过观念转变、换位思考、积极反馈和勤学多问等方面以学促教。

Abstract:The university teaching research was ignored for a long time. How to deal with the relationship between teaching and learning, and to improve teaching and learning efficiency, is worthy of thinking on by university teachers and students. From the point of teaching, teaching may guide learning through that teachers convert their teaching concept, improve their business level and personal charm; From the point of learning, learning may promote teaching through that students convert their learning concept, consider transpositional, answer actively and ask questions diligently.
