摘    要:本文较全面地研究了室温空气、潮湿空气、盐雾、盐雾加二氧化硫、人造海水环境下的LC4CS高强铝合金抗疲劳和裂纹扩展行为,揭示了各种环境介质对LC4CS高强铝合金的影响。本文将DFRcutoff这一新概念引入腐蚀疲劳领域,为新老飞机寿命评估提供了重要依据。

Abstract:broad experimental study on corrosion fatigue behaviour of LC 4 CS high strength aluminum alloy was carried out.Axial fatigue tests and fatigue crack propagation tests in laboratory air environment,hu-midity air,salt fog,salt fog+SO_2 and artificial sea water environment were performed.Significant envi-ronment effect was found.A new concept of DFRcutoff was introduced to evaluate corrosion fatigue resis-tant which could become other important basis for life evaluation of new and aged aircraft.
