| 摘 要： | 游泳是一项日趋普及的运动项目,而游泳对人体皮肤及头发的影响也越来越引起了人们的关注.综述了游泳运动过程中游泳池中化学物质和紫外线辐射对人体皮肤及头发的影响,并提出了相应的防护对策,进而阐明了开发游泳运动专用化妆品的必要性.

| Abstract: | Swimming is an all - pervading movement. Now, more and more people have pay an attention to the effects on human skin and hair during swimming. In this paper, the influence on human skin and hair caused by chemical composition of swimming pool and ultraviolet ray were summarized separately, at the same time, the protective and restore measures during and after swimming were proposed. All of these indicated it is very important to develop and improve the cosmetics adapt to natator. |
