| 摘 要： | 2003年8月14日发生的美加大停电、2005年5月25日发生的莫斯科大停电、2005年9月12日发生的洛杉矶大停电等事件造成了巨大的经济损失和社会影响,引起了全世界的普遍关注.如何深刻吸取国外大面积停电事故教训,及时采取有效措施加以防范,已成为急需探讨和研究的重要课题.全面分析了黑龙江电网的安全生产形势,有针对性地提出了做好电网安全工作,保障可靠供电.

| Abstract: | The events that power off in large scale occurred in some countries such as the Unit State of America, Canada and Russia resulted greatly in economy loss and bad social influence,which attracted eyes on it around the world. How to learn experience from the event of power off in large scale and take effective measures to prevent it have been an important subject to discus and research. Some means to enhance operating safety for Heilongjiang power grid were presented after the situation of production safe in Heilongjiang power grid was analyzed in details. |
