| 摘 要： | 近代社会关系变革中产生的公园，发展过程中一直受到政治、经济、社会多种因素的影响。同时，公园对于城市产生各种反作用。该文通过分析公园的发展过程，指出“公众利益”应该是公园规划设计中的核心原则。

| Abstract: | The park comes into being during the modern society reform, which has been influenced by political, economic and social factors. Meanwhile, the park has effects on cities. By analyzing the development course of park, the article points out that the public benefit is the central principle of park planning. |
