长丝变形纱成纱过程的熵变现象

摘    要:纱线成形过程主要以纤维或丝束空间排列秩序性的变化为特征,因而存在着熵变现象,成纱熵变理论是研究成纱方向和限度的科学,依据成纱熵变方向可以将各种纺纱系统重新划分为熵增大纺纱系统与熵减小纺纱系统2个大类,并建立成纱熵变模型,而且可进一步依据成纱熵变与成纱系统中纤维排列状态变化的关系进行量化处理.实验表明:成纱熵变是成纱过程中纱条的空间几何结构与纱线性能改变的根本原因,与成纱质量存在着必然的内在联系.
