沥青含量智能测量装置的研制

沥青含量是衡量沥青路面质量的重要技术指标之一。基于目前该项指标的多种测量方法存在许多不足之处，在分析沥青混合料特性的基础上提出了以电容传感器为敏感元件的测量方法，并且充分利用单片机的软硬件资源设计了智能型测量装置，最后分析了误差的来源，并采取了各种减少误差的措施，从而保证了测量的精度和速度。

Development of intelligent measuring device of asphalt content

Asphalt content is one of impotent technical indexes to scaling asphalt road surface quality. At present, because many methods to measure the parameter have some shortages, on the basis of analyzing characteristic of asphalt mixed material, this paper presents a measuring method which uses the capacitance transducer as sense organ and designs intelligent measuring device which makes use of the software and hardware resource of microcomputer. Error origin is analyzed and some kinds of steps of reducing error are adopted to guarantee precision and rapidity.
