| 摘 要： | 简要回顾城市中自工业文明以来出现的居住模式,提出后工业社会的现阶段出现了新的城市特征:网络化、世界一体化、新城市文化。城市人群的构成也出现新趋势:社会分层的结果造就了值得关注的私营企业主、城市白领和城市农民工群体。原来单一的城市住区规划模式已经滞后。结合实例介绍了IT居住、流动居住、文化居住的可能性。

| Abstract: | The paper reviews briefly the residential mode since industry civilization, then introduces new city character of post-industry society:globalization, global network and new city culture. There is new tendency in population structure as a result of social stratification: privateentrepreneurs, white collars and labor hands from rural areas. Hitherto simple residential area planning has been lagged behind. With examples,it argues the possibility of mobile home, IT home and culture home and the like.[ |
