| Abstract: | It introduces the successful application of lowest price bidding method in foreign countries, and discusses the nationwide application and defects of lowest price bidding method. It also brings forward the countermeasures and advice in the problems of lowest price bidding method, and points out this is the necessary choice of market economy development, which worth nationwide spreading. |
