埋地燃气管道第三方破坏模糊综合评价法

摘    要:城市燃气管道失效的主要因素是第三方破坏,其影响因素包括埋设深度、人在管道附近的活动状况、地上设备状况、管道附近有无埋地设施、管道附近居民素质、管道沿线标志是否清楚、管道维护管理水平等。针对大部分的因素具有模糊不确定性的特点,提出采用故障树方法与模糊综合评价法相结合的方法来分析城市埋地燃气管道第三方破坏,并结合工程实例对该方法的应用过程进行了详细说明,可为燃气管道的安全管理提供依据。

Abstract:The third-party damage is the main factor of the failure of buried pipe for city gas,which includes minimum depth of cover,humans activity level,aboveground facilities,buried establishment around pipe,public education,right-of-way condition,management and maintenance level and so on.Because of the fuzziness of these factors,the combination of fault tree analysis(FTA) and fuzzy comprehensive analysis method is suggested to assess the category of the third-party damage in this paper.The working principle and process of this combined method is explained in detail based on actual examples,which provide useful reference for safety management on the urban gas pipelines.
