| 摘 要： | 根据准时供货的概念和特征,结合供应链和价值链管理的思想,分析了影响汽车零部件企业准时供货的主要活动和次要活动.构建了汽车零部件企业基于准时供货的生产管理模式,该生产管理模式在企业零部件实施并取得良好的效果.

| Abstract: | According to the concept and characteristics of JIT Delivery-oriented,combined with the thinking of supply chain and value chain management,the primary and secondary activities which impact JIT Delivery-oriented in Automobile Parts enterprises are analyzed in this paper.And mode based on the JIT Delivery-oriented in Automobile Parts enterprises is constructed.The mode is implemented in an automobile parts enterprise,and achieves good results. |
