| 摘 要： | 为实现对准分子微加工系统的远程控制,同时实现对实验数据的有效管理和共享,阐述了一种以微制造信息系统为主体,集用户信息管理、实验数据信息管理、远程微加工、动态信息发布等技术于一体的远程微制造信息系统。采用理论分析与实践相结合的研究方法,进行实际编程和调试,及时调整软件编程,使得软件具有很好的功能性和健壮性。该系统能够很好地完成远程数据信息的管理,并对简单的装配工作进行远程监控,为后续微制造信息系统的研究提供了可能。

| Abstract: | In order to realize remote control on excimer micro-assembly system and efficient management and share on experimental data,a novel remote micro-assembly information system is proposed,in which micro-assembly information system is the main part as well as user's information management,experimental data information management,remote micro-assembling and dynamical information issuance,etc.Combining theory analysis and practical application,practical programming and debugging are implemented,and software programming is regulated in time to make the software obtaining good functional and strong performances.This system can well achieve the remote data information management and make remote monitoring and controlling for simple assemble work,so as to make later research of micro-assembly information system possible. |
