白云石为钙镁源合成六铝酸钙和尖晶石的研究

摘    要:本文以白云石[CaMg(CO3)2]和Al(OH)3为原料合成六铝酸钙(CA6)和尖晶石(MgAl2O4),分析了不同原料配比对试样的物相组成和显微形貌影响。研究结果表明:以白云石和Al(OH)3在1 550℃保温3h可以合成CA6和MgAl2O4;在该温度条件下不同白云石和Al(OH)3摩尔配比的5组试样烧结后的主要物相为CA6及MgAl2O4,六铝酸钙呈现片晶状,尖晶石呈细小颗粒状。

Abstract:Calcium hexaluminate(CA6) and alumo-magnesia spinel(MgAl2O4) were synthesized using dolomite(CaMg(CO3)2) and Al(OH)3 as raw materials in this paper.Effect of γ-Al2O3/CaO ratio on phase composition,microstructure were studied.The results showed that: CA6 and MgAl2O4 were synthesized at 1 550℃ for 3h.The main phase of five specimens with different CaMg(CO3)2 /Al(OH)3 ratio at the same sintering condition were CA6 and MgAl2O4,which shaped in platelet crystalline and graininess crystalline,small graininess crystalline,respectively.
