| Abstract: | Parts of the rural small hydropower foundation are unsubstantial and with some problems of only paying attention to producing but neglecting the safety which lead to much more hidden troubles of safety. This article is to expound the importance of the rural hydropower safety superving work, by uniting the writer,s own management experiences, advance some suggestion of safety management as the reference for readers. |
