摘    要:准时化生产(JIT)和物料需求计划(MRP)是目前广泛应用于制造业的2种先进生产管理方式。在企业降低物料消耗、减少库存、减少流动资金占用、提高生产效率和交付可靠性等方面有着非常重要的意义。在我国中小企业提高管理水平,降低成本,创造利润空间上具备现实和值得期望的意义。结合上海凯普锐冲压件有限公司将JIT和MRP思想有机结合起来应用于企业生产管理的有效尝试,进行了研究和总结,提出了面对中小企业管理基础薄弱实际的Push/Pull混和生产控制策略。

Abstract:Just-In-Time ( JIT) and Material Requirements Planning ( MRP) are two production management methods, which have widely been applied in manufacturer at present. They play an important role in reducing material consume and inventory, decreasing working capital, raising labor productivity and delivery reliability. They have high value to raising managing level and reducing cost and creating profit in medium and small manufacturers. A practice of these methods JIT and MRP in a stamping company is discussed and a production control strategy of mixed Push and Pull is proposed for small and medium manufacturers with weak management base.
