行星齿轮传动均载的研究

摘    要:在现有行星齿轮均载机构分析比较的基础上,提出了一种新型的均载机构——多层厚油膜均载机构,以油膜刚度系数最小为目标函数对参数进行了正交试验和优化设计。设计制造了六行星轮厚油膜均载机构的行星传动。实验证明:该均载机构具有结构简单,均载效果良好,吸收振动和不受行星轮数目限制等优点,此均载机构非常适应于高速传动的场合。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of the existing mechanisms for planet gears,I propose a new type of even-loaded mechanism-multi-layer thick oil film even-loaded mechanism.Such a mechanism can uniformly distribute the imposed load among the planet gears.I carried out orthogonal test and optimal design for its parameters with the minimum oil film stiffness as the objective function.I also did tests of the thick oil film mechanism of a six planet-gears drive,and the results are in good agreement with the calulation results.Test results show that this mechanism is simple in structure,satisfactory in performance,and suitable for high-speed transmission.
