摘    要:为保证电网调度操作票系统生成票样的合理性,针对调度操作票生成涉及的负荷转移问题,提出了一种基于风险的调度操作最佳供电路径的生成机制。采用深度优先搜索策略对电网拓扑结构进行负荷转移路径的搜索,并结合启发式剪枝技术,按照电网经济性和安全性的原则及时淘汰无效转移路径,形成可行供电方案。根据考虑了电网连锁故障的静态安全风险评估综合指标,在搜索到的可行供电方案中决策出最佳供电路径方案。算例分析证明了所提方法的合理性。

Abstract:In order to ensure the rationality of scheduling operation sequence in the power grid dispatching operation ticket system, a kind of mechanism based on the risk theory is put forward to search for the optimal power supply path when load needs to be transferred. The mechanism adopts the depth first search strategy in analyzing the power network topology structure to search for load transfer paths. To generate feasible power supply schemes, it combines the heuristic pruning technique to rule out invalid load transfer paths according to the economy and safety principle of power grid. On the basis of comprehensive static security risk index, which considers the probability of cascading failure of power grid, the optimal power supply path will be selected from the feasible schemes. Examples demonstrate the rationality of the proposed mechanism.
