液相色谱法测定保健食品中硫酸软骨素的含量

目的建立一种快速、简便测定保健食品中硫酸软骨素的液相色谱方法,并进行方法学研究。方法样品经过前处理,以乙腈和0.005 mol/L戊烷磺酸钠溶液为流动相,等度洗脱,经Diamonsil C18柱分离,于192 nm波长检测。结果用本方法进行检测,能很好地分离硫酸软骨素,在浓度0.008 mg/m L~0.04 mg/m L之间呈现良好的线性关系,方法的相关系数可达1.000,平均回收率在98.5%~100.0%之间,相对标准偏差为0.6%。结论采用该方法能测定保健食品中硫酸软骨素,耗时短、操作简便、准确、重现性好,分离效果明显,可在实验室推广。

Determination of chondroitin sulfate in health food by high performance liquid chromatography

Objective To investigate a quick and simple method for determination of chondroitin sulfate in health foods by HPLC. Methods Samples were treated, using a mobile phase of 0.005mol/L pentane solution of sodium- acetonitrile, isocratic elution. using Diamonsil C18 column, at 192nm wavelength detection. Results Be detected by this method, chondroitin sulfate can be separated well ,it had a good linear relationship within 0.008 ~ 0.04 mg/ml range (r=1.000), the recovery was 98.5%-100.0%, RSD was0.6%.Conclusion The method can be used for determination of chondroitin sulfate the health foods, quick, simple and accurate, has good reproducibility and clear separation,can be popularized in the laboratory.
