合成四甲氧甲基甘脲最佳工艺的研究

摘    要:首先以尿素和乙二醛为原料,在酸性条件下合成甘脲;然后将合成的甘脲与甲醛在碱性条件下反应得到四羟甲基甘脲;最后研究了四羟甲基甘脲在酸催化下与甲醇反应合成四甲氧甲基甘脲的最佳工艺条件,考察了原料配比、反应温度和反应时间对产率的影响。研究结果表明:原料配比对产物产率影响最大,反应温度次之,反应时间影响最小。其最佳工艺条件为:四羟甲基甘脲与甲醇的物质的量比为1:16,反应时间为3h,反应温度为40℃。

Abstract:Glycoluril was synthesized firstly using carbamide and Mformyl as raw material in acidic conditions, and then tetramrthlol glyeoluril was obtained by the reaction of the glyeoluril with formaldetiyde in the alkalescence conditions. Finally, from the obtained tetramrthlol glycoluril, the end product tetramethoxymethyl glycoluril was prepared by acid - catalyzed reaction with carbinol. At the same time, the optimum synthesis conditions of the end produet was investigated, and the influences of the reaction conditions on its yield, such as proportion of raw materials, reaction temperature, and reaction time were disscussed. The results showed that the most correlated factors with the yield of the tetramethoxymethyl glycoluril were the role of proportion of raw materials, reaction temperature, and reaction time. The optimum synthesis conditions were as follows: the molar ratio of tetramethoxymethyl glycoluril to carbinol was 1 : 16, reaction time 3h and reaction temperature 40℃.
