实验室用简易板形检测装置的研制

摘    要:为了实现UC轧机的板形自动控制,研制了实验室用简易板形检测装置,并进行了实测实验.结果表明,该板形检测装置具有较高的检测精度.文中介绍了辊式板形检测的基本原理及其所研制的板形检测装置的结构和信号来集系统.

Abstract:In order to realize the automatic shape control of UC mill, the simply constructed shapemeter used in the laboratory wns designed, and the experiment was carried out. The result of the experiment showr that the shapemeter have high measurement precision. The main work of this paper is to introduce the principle of shape measurement, the structure and the signal acquisition system of the roll type shapemeter.
