异形销孔加工及控制方法研究

摘    要:简述了采用活塞异形销孔的必要性及其结构特点。提出一种新型活塞异形销孔数控加工方法,该方法采用一个基于压电陶瓷驱动的柔性铰链机构来实现镗刀的径向微位移。分析了柔性铰链加工误差对镗杆微位移误差的影响,着重讨论了压电陶瓷驱动器磁滞现象的消除方法。结果表明压电陶瓷驱动的柔性铰链微动机构能够满足异形销孔的加工要求。

Abstract:The paper analyses the necessity for piston in modern auto to adopt noncircular pin hole.The paper presents a new way for piston noncircular pin hole boring which uses a piezodriven displacement mechanism through a flexible hinge.The working principle of the mechanism has been analyzed. In order to obtain the desired micro displacement of boring bar,the piezo actuator is mounted radially in the middle of the rotating bar of the mechanism.The control method of the mechanism for noncircular hole boring and the effect of machining error of flexible hinge have all been discussed. The result shows that the mechanism is suitable for noncircular pin hole boring.
