快速原型制造技术的发展与应用研究

摘    要:概述了快速原型制造(RPM)技术的基本构思,即采用使材料生长而非去除的材料累加概念来制造零件,突破了零件几何形状复合程度的限制,并越过了CAPP(Computer Aided Process Planning)过程,是一种全新的制造技术。文中详细介绍了几种典型的快速原型制造(RPM)技术,如立体光固造型SAL、选择性激光烧结(SLS)、叠层实体制造(LOM)、直接制模铸造(DSPC)、融积成型技术(FDM)等的基本成形原理、工艺加工过程和应用范围,以及国内外快速原型制造技术的研究与发展现状,并讨论了RPM技术研究中存在的一些问题。

Abstract:This paper describes the fundamental thoughts of the rapid prototyping technology. RPM adopts the concept of making the material to be added, but not to be removed to produce work-pieces. It breaks through the limitations of the geometrical shape of work-pieces and overlooks the process of CAPP. It is a new kind of manufacturing technology. The paper also describes the fundamental principles of forming, the technical process and application of several rapid prototyping technologies in detail, such as SLA, SLS, LOM, DSPC, FDM and so on. It points out the development of rapid prototyping technology all over the world. Some problems in the research of rapid prototyping technology are discussed.
