废旧塑料共混相容性的研究

利用废旧塑料(聚乙烯、聚苯乙烯、聚丙烯、聚氯乙烯)共混,对两种或两种以上的废旧塑料共混相容性进行研究,测试废旧塑料的熔点,并采用热压成型工艺制造检测样品,对样品的成型可能性及其相关力学性能比较,以及对样品宏观形貌的观察,选出较好的的废旧塑料共混组合。结果表明废旧聚氯乙烯并不适合参与塑料共混,废旧聚乙烯与聚丙烯共混组分的共混相容性最好。

Research on Blending Compatibility of Polymer Particles
