废旧塑料共混相容性的研究

摘    要:利用废旧塑料(聚乙烯、聚苯乙烯、聚丙烯、聚氯乙烯)共混,对两种或两种以上的废旧塑料共混相容性进行研究,测试废旧塑料的熔点,并采用热压成型工艺制造检测样品,对样品的成型可能性及其相关力学性能比较,以及对样品宏观形貌的观察,选出较好的的废旧塑料共混组合。结果表明废旧聚氯乙烯并不适合参与塑料共混,废旧聚乙烯与聚丙烯共混组分的共混相容性最好。

Abstract:Using the mixure of polymer particles,as PE,PS,PP,PVC,blending compatibility of the two kinds polymer particles and even more were researched.Melting point of the polymer particles were measured and tested,technology of hotpressing molding was adopted to manfacture the sample by tested,contrast with the molding possibility of sample and mechanical property,and observed the macroscopical appearance of the sample,the better blending assemble of the polymer particles was got.Result showed the polymer PVC did n...
