| 摘 要： | 体育教育是素质教育的基础,是推进素质教育的主要手段和突破口。通过研究体育教育在工科院校素质教育过程中的核心价值和积极作用,认为在工科院校通过体育教育不仅能够有效地提高大学生身体和心理健康水平,而且能够促进大学生的智能;提高大学生的创新意识和创新能力;完善大学生个性品格;推进大学生的综合素质和能力的全面发展。

| Abstract: | PE Education is the basis of quality education.It's the main means to advancing quality education.Through the research on the nucleus value and active effect of PE Education on quality education,this paper thinks that PE Education does not only improve the college student's the level of physical and psychological health,but also promote their intelligence,innovation consciousness and capability,perfect their personality,and advance their comprehensive quality development. |
