基于CMOS图像传感器的计花器设计

摘    要:阐述了新型CMOS图像传感器ME1010的结构模块与工作方式,设计出了以ME1010为核心的计花器系统,给出了系统硬件、软件结构,对硬件和软件进行了计算机仿真分析。仿真结果表明该系统能够满足高支纤维生产过程对计花作业的要求,具有实用价值。

Abstract:The structure module and working mode of a novel CMOS image sensor ME1010 is described in detail,the fiber knot counter system with ME1010 as the core is designed.The system hardware and Software architecture are given,in addition,the hardware and software are simulated and analyzed.The results indicate that this system can meet the requirements of fiber knot counting operation in high count fiber production.
