摘    要:利用喷射、射流破裂、蒸发、油气相互作用、扩散、油滴阻力、油壁相互作用、点火、燃烧、排放、活塞环和缸内流动等子模型综合成多维模型,进行软件设计以构建仿真平台。该平台的输入是缸内几何形状、物理、运动、化学等各种客观因素,输出是反映燃烧过程的热力学、排放、湍流和喷射等大量时空数据与图形。试验表明:仿真平台能准确反映客观物理因素对燃烧的影响规律,仿真结果符合实际,但在不同的工况下,存在不同程度的误差。

Abstract:The simulation platform can be established according to code designed by an integrated multidimensional model consists of many sub-models, such as injection, jet breakup, vaporization, interaction between fuel and gas, diffusion, drop drag, interaction between fuel and liner wall, ignition, combustion, emission, piston rings as well as air flow in the cylinder, etc. Its input consists of many factors of geometry shape, physics, momentum and chemistry. On the other hand, its output includes plenty of space-time data and figures about thermodynamics, emission, turbulence and injection, which reflect the combustion process. The experiment result shows that the platform can accurately reflect the combustion rule influenced by objective physical factors. The simulation result tallies with reality, but different extent errors exist on different condition.
