化学法制备钨铜复合粉的工艺研究

摘    要:以钨酸铵、硝酸铜为原料,采用一种湿化学合成工艺——沉淀共还原法,制得了粒度小、形貌规则的W-Cu复合粉末。考察了制备过程中影响复合粉颗粒形貌的工艺参数。并用扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪和激光粒度分析仪等对复合粉制备过程中粉末的形貌、成分和粒径进行表征和观察。结果表明,在一定的条件下,采用化学合成工艺——沉淀共还原工艺制备的复合粉,粒度细小、形貌规则,呈多边形。

Abstract:Using ammonium paratungstate and cupric nitrate as the raw materials,composite W-Cu powder was prepared by co-precipitation and hydrogen reduction.The processing parameters of composite W-Cu powder were systematically studied.And then the morphology,composition and size of the powder at every process step were measured by SEM,XRD and laser particle sizer.Results show that composite W-Cu powder is characterize by small size and regular morphology.
