| 摘 要： | 东西部企业发展在所有制结构上存在明显差异,东部地区非国有企业所占比重大大高于西部地区,西部地区国有企业比重则大大高于东部地区。其原因是现有国有企业退出缓慢以及增量资本中国有资本仍占主导,因此应主要从加快国有企业退出及大力发展非国有企业入手,改善西部企业的所有制结构。

| Abstract: | Obvious difference exists in the enterprises' ownership structure among regions in China,which mainly appears to be that there are more non-State Owned Enterprises in the eastern while more State Owned Enterprises in the western. The foundamental reasons for the weighter SOE are the slower privatizing process of the original enterprises and the less emerging capital from non-State Owned Enterprises,so these two perspectives should be highly concerned when going after the corresponding reform steps. |
