摘    要:古树岭碎石系统是国内目前规模最大的人工碎石系统,由陈家冲毛料堆场和古树岭加工系统组成。加工系统占地41.5万m2,由半成品加工部、成品加工部和控制系统等组成,按满足月浇筑混凝土45.5万m3所需碎石用量设计,即月生产成品粗骨料48.26万m3,设计生产成品骨料2056.25万m3。安装有PXZ-1216旋回破碎机、A6和A7超重载胶带机等90年代先进设备。系统于1995年3月28日开工建设,1年内单线投产,1年半建成。

Abstract:The Gushuling stone-crushing system is the largest artificial stone-crushing system at present in China. It con sists of the Chenjiachong stock ground for quarry run stone and the Gushuling stone-processing system. The processing sys tem covers 415 000 m2 of land, including the semi-finished product prbeessing department, the finished product processing de partment and the control system, etc. The processing system is designed to have a sufficient capacity of supplying aggregate needed for monthly placing 455 000 m3 of concrete, i. e. it can produce 482 600 m3 of finished large-size aggregate monthly and the total amount of finished aggregate production will be 20 562 500 m3. The system is furnished with advanced equipments in 1990's such as PXZ- 1216 rotary crushers, A6-and A7-type heavily - loaded belt conveyers, etc. It began to be constructed on March 28,1995 and one production line will be put into operation within a year. It will take one and a half years to complete the whole system.
