摘    要:隧道式干燥机隧道内部风速和温度的分布不均匀是导致干燥效率低、干燥不均匀的主要原因。通过对隧道内风速分布规律的研究,为对设备进行进一步优化改造和对物料进行干燥参数实验研究提供理论依据。由于风速原因,致使设定温度与实际得到的介质温度并不相符,这就需要对温度进行校正。利用自行研制的隧道式热风干燥机对隧道内部的风速进行了研究,并研究了风速对实际介质温度的影响及其协调性。

Abstract:Lack of homogeneity of the air velocity in the tunnel dryer often seems to be the main factor that leads to poor drying efficiency and non-homogeneity of the products. The study of air velocity distribution in the tun- nel could direct the optimize alteration of the dryer and the study of drying parameter of materials. The set tempera- ture usually doesn′t equal to the air temperature due to the air velocity. This means that the temperature should be proof-read. The air velocity distribution in the tunnel was studied used the tunnel hot-air dryer, and also the influ- ence of air velocity on air temperature.
