由传递函数分析光电成像系统的分辨率

摘    要:光电成像系统的空间分辨是表征系统性能的一个最主要指标,通过分析光电成像系统中的传递函数,用特征频率法和传递函数对频率的积分方法分析了系统的空间分辨,并针对一组典型的光电成像系统参数进行了计算。结果为:系统在Nlyquist频率处显示图像的MIF=0.017;传递函数对频率积分法计算表明:系统实际的分辨率为18.6cycles/mm。分析过程表明:显示器是限制实时成像系统空间分辨的主要因素,其次是探测器的像元尺寸,再次是电子系统的带宽。同时表明,分辨率只有在系统中讨论才有意义,仅用Nyquist频率表示是欠妥的。

Abstract:Through the MTF analysis of opto-electronic image system, the spatial resolution is calculated based on the following two MTF methods: the characteristic frequency of the system and the integration of MTF on the overall spatial frequency. The calculation result of a typical system is: the MTF is 0.017 at the Nyquist Frequency, the system's actual resolution is 18.6 cycles/mm. The analysis shows CRT is the first factor that degrades the system resolution; the next is the pixel pitch of the detector, then the circuit bandwidth. Also, the author considers the resolution should be analyzed in the system; it is not proper to use Nyquist frequency only to show the resolution.
