赤泥粉煤灰免烧免蒸砖的原料与制备

利用铝厂赤泥、粉煤灰和石灰矿渣等工业废渣生产免烧免蒸砖,不仅是解决工业废渣资源化的有效途径,而且对于企业的经济效益和国家的新型建筑材料的发展都有一定的意义。基于砖的性能和成本,研究和探讨了制造赤泥粉煤灰免烧免蒸砖的原料,并从原料的特性出发,对其种类进行了选择和确定。结果表明,利用1年左右赤泥、粉煤灰、建筑用中粗砂、生石灰、生石膏、32.5普通硅酸盐水泥和自制的外加剂,可以生产出7d强度在10MPa以上、28d强度在20MPa以上的免烧免蒸砖。

Preparation of Non-fired and Non-steamed Bricks by Red Mud and Fly Ash

Non-fired and non-steamed bricks are peoduced by means of utilization of industry waste residues such as red mud,fly ash and lime cinder in aluminum industry. It not only solves the industry waste residues problem,but also has certain significane for corporation's economic benefits and the development of new type of building materials. The raw materials of non-fired and non-steamed bricks are studied in view of capability and economy of the bricks. And also raw materials are chosen in the light of their composed characteristics. The results show that non-fired and non-steamed bricks can produced by one year's red mud,fly ash,large size of slag in architecture,lime,gypsum,32.5 ordinary cement and additives. The compressive strengths at 7 days and 28 days attain upwards of 10MPa and 20MPa.
