摘    要:复合材料预浸料铺覆工艺对工作环境的温度有一定要求,当工作环境温度较低时,会使预浸料变硬,层间不易粘接,从而影响产品质量。通过试验确定了铺覆工艺中环氧基复合材料预浸料表面温度的工艺参数,并研制了专用加热设备,使操作面表面温度达到了34~37℃。加热设备与缠绕机联动对预浸料进行加热软化,实现了边加热边进行压实缠绕,有效解决了低温工作环境中预浸料变硬和层间粘接不佳的问题。

Abstract:Placement techniques of composite prepregs have some requirements for the working temperature. When the working temperature is very low, prepregs will harden and have a difficult interfacial bond so that the product quality will be also affected. The processing parameter of surface temperature for epoxy composite prepregs was determined in the test and the specific heating equipment was developed so that the surface working temperature was up to 34-37℃, The heating equipment combined with winding machine together, heats and softens the prepregs in the production. The application of hot-air heater makes the heating and winding at the same time, succeeding in solving the prepreg hardening and weak interfacial bond at low working temperature.
